We had a fun weekend, Saturday I went for a solo hike in Volcano:
and Sunday was our first outing in the new (to us) kayak:
The eats haven’t been too shabby lately: Greek yogurt with chia seeds and orange slices
Spicy mac nut ahi with garlic green beans and olives. So good!
I’ve also been able to squeeze some movement in…a morning run, thankfully it was dry enough to be outside this morning :
and a nice long walk around the park after work.
In a nutshell:
