It’s the last day of September and I can’t say I’m not glad, because October is my favorite month ! It holds a magical energy and reminds me every year, no matter how stuck in a rut I may get, the essence of life is CHANGE .
Speaking of magical energy , I came home from work to find this glass jug full of orchids on my front porch, along with a vase full of fragrant blooms on my dining room table . It was the perfect backdrop for a tasty dinner. Now that dishes are done and I need to head next door to clean the Airbnb and then head to bed so I can do it all over again tomorrow. I may be exhausted with a chore list that never stops growing, but at the heart of it all, I’m also very grateful.
