Hmmm. I would be lying if I told you that I have figured out a healthy, balanced rhythmic meal plan. The good thing, though, is that I don’t feel at all obsessed with meals or eating – that’s such a huge change from this time last year!!
This was today’a lunch/snack: sweet chili tuna on crackers with tomatoes and avocado. It was pretty darn good.
I burnt out on salad a while back and the absence of fruits and veggies in my diet lately is a little sad. Something tells me a trip to the farmers market (and also the beach) would do this body good. 🙂 Stay tuned for notes from the field!
